Ron is predeceased by his parents Harold and Marian, his sister Joan, and nephew Jimmy. He is survived by his loving partner Helen Blaszak and her daughter Barb (Hank) Hoak and her Son; Ed (Patty) Blaszak. He is also survived by his daughter Emilie (Robert) LoFaso Jr; his son Ronald (Doreen) Bentley Jr; his grandchildren: Sierra D’Amore, Makaila (Eugene) White, Bobby LoFaso, Natalie, and Nicholas Bentley; his great grandchildren: Kennedy & Carter White; his former spouse Mary Lou (Denny) Wyckoff; and his cherished sister Diane Alger.

Ron worked for the Greece Highway Department and then retired from Eastman Kodak Company after 25 years of service. He was an active member for over 50 years at Hope Lutheran Church. Ron was an avid golfer and enjoyed gardening and tinkering around the yard. He loved drawing “on anything he could use as a canvas”. Ron was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Thanks to Dr. Jason Mendler and his staff for their compassionate care. Ron was blessed with many longtime friends and family members who loved him very much. The family would like to thank everyone for all the love and support they have given during this difficult battle with leukemia.

Ron’s celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, February 26th at 10:00 AM at Hope Lutheran Church, 1301 Vintage Lane, Rochester, NY 14626. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope Lutheran Church in his memory.
