Bob was a lifelong athlete who excelled in swimming. Bob competed in and won national swimming competitions. Bob also enjoyed football, tennis, running and rowing.

Bob was a brilliant lawyer. Bob attended St. Lawrence University as an undergraduate and earned his Juris Doctor at SUNY Buffalo School of Law. Bob went on to use his skills to help those who were struggling with a variety of challenges. Bob's work was often Pro bono, reflecting his compassion and commitment to helping others who were less privileged.

Bob's military service reflected his sense of duty and honor. Bob served in the National Guard for several years. He was proud of his service and carried those principles of duty, honor, respect, selflessness, responsibility, courage, and discipline into his private life.

Bob was an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) for over 30 years. Bob served as a sponsor to others who were struggling. Bob was committed to humility, service, and giving hope to others struggling with recovery by sharing his time, resources, experiences, and wisdom without judgment.

Bob was a devout Catholic. He loved God and the church. Bob was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church. At Blessed Sacrament, he found and shared a love of prayer and faith with fellow parishioners. Bob was a living expression of love, faith, kindness, and compassion. He will be missed greatly by all those his life touched. The love Bob spread remains alive within us; Bob's final act of generosity was to be an organ donor to give someone hope. We are sad that you are gone, but also glad for the time we had, as we remember when...Bob leaves an abundance of friends to cherish his memory.

Rest in Peace and Power until we meet again.
