Richard Charles Shibley

Richard was entered into rest on February 11. He was born to Anthony and Blanche Shibley on April 12, 1946. He was predeceased by his parents, six sisters and two brothers. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Also, by his long-time friend, Christina, who looked after him, especially toward the end of his life. Richard loved fishing trips to Black Lake with his family members. He was a painter and machinist by trade. He served his country in the Navy. He will be remembered for his dry humor and generosity.
