Nancy Y. Gutheil

Nancy Yarker Gutheil, 96, of Greece, NY, passed away peacefully on May 15th, 2026, with family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband, Roger L. Gutheil, Sr.; parents, Franklin & Marjorie Yarker; brother, Charles (Regina) Yarker; and sister, Norma (William) McKee.

Nancy grew up attending and was married in Greece Baptist Church. She was a founding member of Aldersgate UMC. She lived the majority of her life on the family farm in Greece, raising her family, helping others and adding her skills and talents in support of her husband's business ..

She is survived by her youngest sister, Frances Yarker (Norman) Exley of Westerville, OH; her children, Barbara L. Gutheil of Fort Pierce, FL, Roger L. Gutheil, Jr. of Henrietta, NY, Richard F. (Audrey) Gutheil of Amsterdam, NY, and Glenn A, (Frances) Gutheil of Greece, NY; as well as grandchildren, Christie A. Darling of Farmington NY, Stacey L. (Shaun) Gutheil-Smingler of Caledonia NY, William F. (Tatiana) Gutheil of Philadelphia PA,, great-grandsons, Jack and Knox Smingler and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial Service will be held on Saturday June 20, 2026 at 11 :00am at the Greece Baptist Church, 1230 Long Pond Road, Rochester NY 14626. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity
