Maureen Burdick

Maureen McMahon Burdick, age 57, passed away surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer.

Maureen is predeceased by her beloved parents Charles and Patricia McMahon. She is survived by her husband Denny Burdick; daughters, Clare (Zach Buse) and Shannon (Connor Stuewe) Burdick; her siblings, Dennis McMahon, Tom (Terry) McMahon, Colleen (Paul) McGreer, Kate (Jim) Kar; and nephews and nieces Stanley (Grace Weinstein) and Jordan (Alli Elbert) Kar, Jack and Emma McGreer, Charlie (Jamie Anzalone) and Brian McMahon.

Maureen was a graduate of Spencerport High School and St. John Fisher College. She was an avid runner competing in eighteen marathons, with her last marathon being Richmond, Virginia in November 2024. She was a huge inspiration to many people to lead a life of health and happiness, especially through her work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Maureen found great fulfillment in her role at Crossfield Heating & Air during the last five years of her career.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on 43 Gebhardt Rd, Penfield, NY, 14526.
