Marjorie Tucker
Rochester, NY-January 29, 2025 just shy of her 103rd birthday. Marjorie is predeceased by her husband of 55 years Rev. Bruce Tucker, sons Robert and Douglas Tucker. Marjorie is survived by her sons David Tucker and Richard Tucker. She is survived by her grand children Tracy Hunter, Leigh (Anthony) Carter, Brooke (Stephen) Forrett, Matthew (Gail) Tucker, Heather (Greg) Callaghan, Kyle and Jesse Tucker. Marjorie is also great grandmother to Molly and Benjamin Forrett, Jared and Gavin Tucker, Nathan, Makalynn, Noah, Joshua, Levi and Jakob Callaghan. 

Marjorie lived a life of service. Always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone. She was a woman of strong faith and was a member of Chili Presbyterian Church for many years where she served as deacon and helped with many church projects. She loved gardening and sewing and was an accomplished quilter.

Many thanks to University of Rochester Hospice Care in helping Marjorie to live her life out in her home. A very special thanks to her “morning ladies” Lois, Gretchen and Liz for the compassionate care they gave her.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 15 at 2p at The Addison of Parklands located at 2000 Park Creek Lane, Churchville, NY 14428. The Rev. Brandi Wooten officiating. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to URMC Hospice Care or First Presbyterian Church of Chili Memorial Fund in Marjorie’s memory.
