Leslie W. Cook (Les) Deceased 5/26/25

Hilton, NY

Predeceased by Ernest & Florence Cook (Charles Frey), brother Gary Cook (Bev Cook), and sister-in-law, Barbara Kermis.

Survived by His Wife of 60 years Vivian L. Cook, his two children Todd Cook (Katheryne) and Tracy Cook, loving brother in law, Rick Kermis, two Grandchildren, Kassidy and Makenzie Cook,

his Great GrandDaughter, Camile, Nana and Grandpy's Grandbabies: Shelby and Dalton Harris, as well his nieces, Shelly (James) and Brenda (Todd).

He loved his furbabies, Tilly and Sadie.

Les loved his home and always looked forward to opening his pool in the spring and watching his children, grandchildren, and great grandchild swim in it during the summer. Les was also a Buffalo Bills fanatic through and through. He loved watching the sunsets from his deck and absolutely loved and enjoyed spending time on his boat. Him and his wife Vivian, named the boat "The Leslee" after his first name, Leslie, and her middle name, Lee, which her family often referred to her as. His favorite song was The Twelfth of Never, and he danced to that with his beautiful soul mate at their wedding.

Les was more than just a Father, he was a best friend to his children, and he and his son always called each other "bro." He was the most generous, respectable, and kind hearted man and treated his daughter-in-law like she was one of his own children from day one.

Les loved being a Grandpa to his only two grandchildren and was constantly taking photos to document his time and memories created with them. He enjoyed bringing them to the Hilton Carnival every year and buying hundreds of Nevada tickets for them to open. He was extremely protective and loving, he never raised his voice, and always gave the best advice due to his wisdom. He never let anyone go to bed without telling them “God Bless”.

He worked for GM as a Layout Inspector at Rochester Products for 44 years and was extremely dedicated to what he did.

There will be no calling hours or services.
