Judy Baxter

Judy Baxter, of Brockport, NY, age 78 passed away on January 1, 2026. Daughter of the late Emerson and Jean Groves. She is survived by her children. Son Eddie, and daughters Jackie (John) and Christine. Five beautiful grandchildren, Ashley, Samantha, Phillip, Alexis and Ezra. Predeceased by her sister Donna. She leaves behind two sisters, Barb (Neil) and Lori (Clayton), and several nieces and nephews. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister, she will be greatly missed. 

As per her wishes, there will be no services.
