Joyce and Bob are long time members of the Genesee Yacht Club, and the family spent countless hours and days sailing both shorelines of Lake Ontario and far inland through Canada’s Trent-Severn and Rideau canal systems. With their fellow club members they enjoyed many sailing vacations in the Caribbean.

Joyce loved entertaining, and with Bob, who loved to cook, hosted many parties, picnics, and holiday dinners. She especially made time for her grandchildren, with overnight stays, pizza from Carbone’s, many trips to Seabreeze and vacations in Florida.

Mom loved to read and often referred to her friends at the Maplewood YMCA book club as her “Second Family.”
