Joseph James DeLorenzo

Joseph James DeLorenzo, 64, of Hilton, New York, passed away on November 26, 2025.

Joe was born on October 11, 1961, in Rochester, NY to the late Jacqueline (Yackel) and Cesar DeLorenzo. He grew up in Brockport alongside his siblings, Deb (Mike) Pastore, Dave (Tammie) DeLorenzo, and Shari Hughes.

In 1982, Joe married Kim, and together they built a close and devoted family with their three children: Britni, Joe, and Hannah. In 1983, Joe and Kim founded their construction company, Westside Developers, J&K DeLorenzo, Inc., which grew into a proud family business. Joe passed his share of the company to his son, Joe Jr., in 2021.

Joe is survived by his wife, Kim, his children Britni, Joe (Gia), and Hannah, and his beloved grandchildren; Taylor DeLorenzo, Camden Sigel, Brianna DeLorenzo, Kenlee Sigel, Hailey DeLorenzo, Owen DeLorenzo, Julianna DeLorenzo, and Jeremy DeLorenzo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends. Joe will be remembered for his strength, quick wit, and sense of humor, as well as his extraordinary work ethic and unwavering generosity toward his family. He enjoyed golfing, sharing time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good Old Fashioned.

A celebration of Joe’s life will be held on Sunday , December 14, 2025, at 1 – 5 p.m., at his favorite spot, The Arlington Gastropub, 4 Main Street, Hilton.
