Jody Lee Gascon

On June 29, 2026, at the age of 59, Jody Lee Gascon passed away suddenly, leaving behind a legacy of creativity, quiet strength, and enduring love. A devoted husband, father, and grampy, Jody was born on September 23, 1966. Throughout his life, he was guided by curiosity, imagination, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature and the simple joys of everyday life.

For 23 years, he shared life’s journey with his cherished wife, Kim, whose love and companionship were the foundation of so many cherished memories. Together, they built a life filled with deep connection, laughter, and travel.

Jody was a man of many talents who expressed himself in countless ways. He was an accomplished Senior Organic Chemist, artist, a chef who found joy in sharing homemade treats, and a published writer. He had a deep love for all kinds of music and found peace in the outdoors, taking great pleasure in gardening, fishing, and appreciating every aspect of nature.

Among his greatest joys were his grandchildren. They brought joy to his life, and he treasured every moment spent with them. He loved building things with Isaac, playing pretend with Sophia, and taking them both on their first fishing adventure.

Though naturally quiet, his actions spoke volumes. He preferred meaningful moments over grand gestures, offering kindness, thoughtfulness, and a gentle presence to those closest to him.

He was predeceased by his parents, Lee and Linda Gascon. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim; his children, Amber Finley (Chris), Bryan Gascon, and Megan Gascon; his grandchildren, Isaac and Sophia Finley; and many other treasured family members and friends.
