Jeremy M. (Hamilton) Lawton

After a short but hard-fought battle with cancer, he passed away at the age of 47 on June 3, 2026.

Survived by his wife, Patti, and his mother, Kristine Hamilton, his grandmother Janet Engdahl, half-brother Robert Hamilton, many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins, and his in-laws James and Kathy Lawton. Predeceased by his brother Jason Hamilton, grandfather David Engdahl, and his uncle Jon Engdahl.

Jeremy's hobbies were bowling, amateur photography, playing video games, and spending time with his cats. His favorite places to go were Seneca Lake wineries and the beach. He worked in medical records retrieval and, even as a remote employee, made connections with some amazing coworkers.

In place of a memorial service, you can honor his memory by donating to an animal rescue charity of your choosing. Jeremy supported G.R.A.S.P and Lollipop Farm.
