ROCHESTER, NY - April 14, 2025 at age 47. Jeff is predeceased by his parents (Robert and Lori) and grandparents (Art and Patty Johnson). He is survived by his daughter, Lena Phillips; sisters Jen (Erik) Vanaman and Shannon Phillips (Tim Broyld); nieces Jaina Dinino, Percy Vanaman, Kiley and Kennedy Broyld, and many close friends.

Jeff was The Green Bay Packers #1 fan and also loved supporting Rochester NY sports teams. He also enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia. He had a passion for music and attending concerts, and he was a smoked meat enthusiast. Just being outdoors made him happy. Jeff was very intelligent and very good at random trivia. This giant nerd loved cats and everything sci-fi, especially Star Wars.

He will forever be the funniest person we knew and will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
