Jeanine Louise Gannello, born November 21, 1983, passed away peacefully at home on February 3, 2026.

Jeanine was born in the Bronx, New York, and was a loving mother, devoted fiancée, and treasured sister and friend. She was the proud and caring mother of Eli and Elianna, and the beloved fiancée of Eric. Jeanine’s kindness, sense of humor, and strength touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her, and she will be deeply missed by the many friends and loved ones whose lives she brightened.

Jeanine was predeceased by her parents, Ronald and Bernadette Watts Gannello. She is survived by her fiancée, Eric Cruz; her son, Eli; her daughter, Elianna; her brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Alicia; her beloved dogs, Giuseppe and Lovely; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends.

Cremation will be private. Interment in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery and a celebration of Jeanine’s life will be held later in the spring.
