James was predeceased by his mother Bessie McCoy. He is survived by his Father Sidney L McCoy Sr; his brothers Sidney L McCoy Jr, Roy McCoy, and Robert McCoy Sr.; As well as his sisters Lorraine Campbell and Peggy Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He enjoyed playing spades and listening to music. Services will be private.
