Gloria Dean Lester

Gloria Dean Lester, 73, of Rochester, NY, passed away on 06/11/2026 after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Born to Clarence and Lillian Lester on 02/25/1953 in Erie, Pennsylvania, Gloria filled her family's lives with love and kindness. She is dearly missed by her devoted son, Bryan Lester; loving daughter, Andrea (Missy) Lester; four cherished grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sisters Jacqueline Rucker, Runa Lester, Linda (Dexter) Menefield, and longtime friend Luvenia (Pooh) Clay, along with many treasured nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Gloria is welcomed home by her father, Clarence Lester, mother, Lillian A. Lester, and brother, Alfred Lester, with whom she joined in peace.

During this time, the family has entrusted Rochester Cremation with caring for her arrangements. In honoring Gloria's wishes, no formal funeral or memorial service will be held. Instead of flowers, the family invites donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to continue the legacy of hope she inspired.
