Greece, NY - Passed away on May 9, 2025 at the age of 92. George is predeceased by his wife, Lois. He is survived by his children: William, Heidi (Dan), Eric (Vivian), and grandson Christopher.

George retired from Rochester Telephone and was well known as the founder of Music Makers Big Band in Rochester. A life-long fisherman, he especially loved the Thousand Island region where he and Lois spent their summers. He also took great pride in crafting hand carved wooden model ships.

George honorably served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War.

Private interment will take place at the Bath National Cemetery on May 15th at 11AM.
