Gary D Leszcynski

Gary Leszcynski of Irondequoit passed away suddenly on May 11, 2025, at the age of 78.

Gary began his military service in the Navy in 1966 and was attached to the Marines as a combat medic during the Vietnam War. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his bravery and performance under challenging conditions.

Gary was a loving caregiver for his mom for several years.

Predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Helen Leszcynski, Gary will be missed by his sisters: Judy (Sam) Day, Peggy (Dave) Ellender and brother, Mike (Wandrae), along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Gary will be buried alongside his parents following a private service at the Irondequoit Cemetery.
