Elizabeth D. Sharps

ELIZABETH D SHARPS of Pittsford NY passed away peacefully on May 20, 2025 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years James Donald Sharps, and her son James Colby Sharps. Betty is survived by her daughter Ann (Matthew) Walsh; her grandchildren Ryan (Sarah) Walsh, Erin Walsh and Matthew Sharps; her great granddaughter Zoey Walsh; her sister Suzanne Madison; her daughter in law Laura Sharps; nieces, nephews, family and dear friends.

Betty graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology before marrying her husband Jim in 1959. She dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker and community volunteer. She loved gardening, bird-watching, entertaining and spending time with her grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday May 31st at 10:00am at the Creation Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY. Memorials may be directed to: The Friendly Home or Rochester Institute of Technology
