Rochester, NY- July 18, 2020 at age 60. Debra is predeceased by her brother, Martin Phillips. She is survived by her mother, Carol Phillips; husband, Michael Tsymbal; children, George and Tina Dixon, Christopher (Samantha) Tsymbal; grandchildren, Jayden, Nathan, and Jaxson; brother Steven (Lori) Phillips, nephew Steven Jr, niece Dana McQuire; and several close friends.
Ceremony and burial will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612 in the “Holy Family Shrine” section, located near the “Christ Our Light Mausoleum”.
