Listen to Obituary

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Brian Boyer age 59, he left this world after a courageous battle with cancer. Much like the eagles he admired, he faced his cancer with strength, courage, dignity and freedom.
Born on May 4th, 1966 in Lewiston NY to Dorothy (Gill)And the late Edward Boyer.

Known for his generous heart, Brian was always the first to lend a hand. He had an extraordinary gift for helping others—quietly, sincerely, and without expecting anything in return. His kindness to his neighbors was a reflection of the way he lived every day: with compassion, humility, and love.

He also had a wonderful sense of humor, always ready with quick-witted, sometimes inappropriate jokes, bringing laughter to those around him even in difficult moments.

Brian is predeceased by his beloved wife, Ginny; his father, Ed Boyer; his brother, Keith Boyer; and his great-nephew, Ethan Dabill, all of whom he held close to his heart. Their memories remained a constant source of comfort and motivation for him. Survived by his loving mother Dorothy Boyer, step son Nicholas Cartella brother Edward Boyer (Pam) sisters Juanita Stewart, Brenda Campany (Robert)
Nadine Myers, Pam Toman (Dennis) and several nieces and nephews who new him as Uncle Brownie for his love of sweets.

Brian’s legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched, the friendships he nurtured, and the acts of kindness that defined him. He will be missed dearly but remembered always.
Services will be held at Assembly of Hope church at 243 S Main Street Medina NY at 4pm

May he rest in peace, reunited with those he loved
