Anthony "Tony" E. Capuano

Anthony "Tony" E. Capuano, 58, of Spencerport, N.Y., passed away on October 13, 2026.

He was predeceased by his son, Anthony Eduardo Capuano, and his parents, Eduardo and Teresa Capuano. He found comfort in being reunited with them in heaven. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Colleen, and his amazing son, Michael, whom he cherished.

Tony was proud of his Italian heritage and carried its traditions into every occasion, especially the holidays, when he was happiest. Food and family were never optional. Every meal was a celebration, and his kitchen was the heartbeat of his home.

He was a man of many projects, never just one at a time. He was smart, clever, generous, and gifted with ingenuity. He was a bit of a ball-breaker, and he would want you to know it always came from a place of love. His family and friends were everything to him. He was honest to a fault, strong in his convictions, and always stood up for what he believed was right without fear of judgment. He was one of a kind and will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 16, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Salmon Creek Country Club, 355 Washington Street, Spencerport, NY 14559.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 110 Old Hojack Lane, Hilton, NY 14468.
