Anthony V. Novello

Anthony (Tony) V. Novello, beloved husband, devoted father and cherished grandfather, peacefully left this world on August 11, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. His kindness, humor, and warmth touched the lives of all who knew him. Anthony is predeceased by his father Tony V. Novello.

Anthony is survived by his wife and love of his life, Valerie J. Novello; his fur babies, Lulu and Max; his step-sons, Steven Smith, Cory Smith (Leah Soback), David Smith (Cristy Smith), and Michael Smith (Luanna Smith); his twelve grandchildren; his six great-grandchildren; his mother, Josephine R. Novello; his brother, Victor M. Novello (Mary Beth Roncone), his niece Toni Lynn Novello (Robert Martinez), along with many uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members who will cherish his memory.

There will be no calling hours or formal service. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Hospice and Palliative Care, Hildebrandt Hospice Center, and Rochester Cremation for their compassionate support during this difficult time.
